Thank you for your support of Manual Thunderbolts Alumni Nation Inc. This form is used for both existing members who would like to pay their membership dues online & new applicants seeking membership. Please refer to the instructions below pertaining to current members looking to pay their dues & new membership applicants.

For existing members paying their dues online:

1. Sign in to your Springly account: Click here to sign on

2. Once logged in, click the "Apply" button

3. Under the "New Membership" section, enter your first & last name. Then select the membership dues option you would like to pay for (EX: 1 month, 6 months, 1 year etc.) Make sure that the email address associated with your Springly account is entered in the "Confirmation email address*" section. Once complete, click "Continue". Please note: Confirm that the spelling of your legal name & email address is correctly entered before submitting the form. If not, the system will not recognize your existing account and you will be prompted to fill out the full application again; creating a duplicate Springly profile. Do not select the "Add a Membership" button.

4. Because you are an existing member of Manual Thunderbolts Alumni Nation Inc. and have a Springly account, you will not need to fill out the application form again. You will be directed to the next page. 

5. Once on the next page, confirm that your contact details (name and email address) are correct. Then, under the "Payment Information" section use the carrot menu to select your preferred form of payment (EX: Debit or Credit Card) and click "Continue". Please note: The system does not accept check or cash payments. Those must be done in-person with the MTBAN Treasurer, Sophronia Harris. 

6. An executive committee member of the MTBAN will review your request. Your request will be reviewed within two weeks or less. Once your request has been validated, you will be provided with a payment link via email to pay your dues. Click the "Pay Online" button and proceed to entering in your financial information to pay your dues. Failure to pay your membership dues in a timely manner once your request has been validated will put your membership status in arrears. 

7. Once payment has been submitted, your dues will be applied to your membership account. You can check the status of your membership-as well as upcoming due dates-in the "My Profile" section of Springly. Select the "Memberships" tab to view your receipts. All paid for months will be highlighted in green in the membership status bar. 

For new applicants:

Please review the following requirements prior to applying for membership. As an applicant for membership you must agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• Be a person of good character

• Enjoy providing a positive impact/impression upon our future leaders that are heading out into the world

• Have the desire to enrich, enlighten and grow the social/cultural life of the community

• Have the thoughtfulness to give back to our most precious gift, our Senior Citizens

• Agree to abide by the By-Laws, Mission Statement & Code of Conduct of the Manual Thunderbolt Alumni Nation, Inc. (Please click the blue hyperlinks above to view each document.)  

Follow these steps to apply as a new applicant:

1. Click the "Apply" button to start your application

2. Under the "New Membership" section, enter your legal first & last name. Then select the membership option you would like to pay for (EX: 1 month, 6 months, 1 year etc.). These options reflect the number of months you would like to pay for your membership dues. Membership dues are $10 per month. Please note: You will only be asked to provide financial information for your selected membership dues if your application is accepted. If your application is accepted by an executive committee member, you will be sent a payment link via email. Make sure that your legal name & email address you would like associated with your Springly account is entered in the "Confirmation email address*" section. Once complete, click "Continue". Please ensure that you keep this information consistent when using Springly going forward. 

3. If this is your first time applying, please ensure the "New Person" button is selected under the "Members Information" section. Under the "General Information" section, enter the requested contact info and complete the 4 question survey. Once your contact info and survey questions are filled out, navigate down to the "Payment Information" section. Use the carrot menu to select your preferred form of payment (EX: Debit or Credit Card) and click "Continue". Please note: The system does not accept check or cash payments. Those must be done in-person with the MTBAN Treasurer, Sophronia Harris. 

4. An executive committee member of the MTBAN will review your application. Your application will be reviewed within two weeks or less and you will be notified of the outcome of your application via email. If you are accepted, you will be provided with a payment link in your acceptance confirmation email. Click the "Pay Online" button and proceed to entering in your financial information to pay your dues. Failure to pay your membership dues in a timely manner once your application is accepted will lead to rejection.

5. Please proceed to creating a Springly account using the legal name & email associated with your application ASAP. Failure to create your account can lead to lapses in receiving important MTBAN updates and notifications!

To create your Springly account:

1. Click here to create your Springly account

2. Click the "Create new Account" button

3. Enter in the legal name and email address associated with your membership application

4. Proceed to enter your contact information including: address & phone number 

5. Complete the 4 question survey

6. Review that your information is correct and press "Create my account"

7. You will receive an email to the email address you provided indicating your registration has been recorded. Click the "Finalize my registration" button

8. You will be prompted to create and re-confirm your password. 

9. Once your password has been successfully created, you can log into Springly with your new account!

Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your membership dues donation as Manual Thunderbolt Alumni Nation Inc. is a 501© (3), a Colorado Non-profit organization and, as such, your donation may be tax deductible as permitted by law.
